Unreserved auction featuring construction and mining equipment.
Auction location is at an inactive mine. All onsite bidders will have to check in with security at the guard shack and present ID prior to entering the auction site.
All onsite guests must wear a face covering per the KY Mask Mandate. Masks will be available for those customers who do not have their own. Social distancing should be practiced at all times while onsite.

Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder agrees to all Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that it is his responsibility to read all rules prior to bidding on any item. Auction day announcements take precedence over all printed material. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect each item before bidding. Iron Auction Group makes no guaranty or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of catalog descriptions. Bidder understands that all items are sold AS IS. Bidder is responsible for himself and personal property while on auction property and shall hold harmless the Auctioneer and it's staff for any loss or damage. Payment is due on auction day. No item(s) will be released without full payment from the Buyer. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the Auctioneer can sell purchases to an alternate Bidder and original Bidder will not be allowed to bid in future auctions. Any questions about the terms and conditions of bidding should be directed to an Iron Auction Group staff member as soon as a question arises.
The Buyer's Premium today is 10%. There is an additional 2% fee for internet bidders and if you pay your invoice by credit card you will incur an additional 3% fee.

- Purchases become Buyer's responsibility and they assume all risk of loss or damage immediately upon declaration of "SOLD" by the Auctioneer. It shall be Buyer's responsibility to inspect and insure purchases immediately. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or to any item.
- Payment is due on auction day and can be made via cash, check with a letter of guarantee, credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express with a 3% convenience fee) or wire transfer (wire fee must be added to payment).
- Iron Auction Group will be glad to provide financing information to any bidder but please notify us prior to auction day and at registration.
- Buyer acknowledges that If payment is not made on time, Buyer will incur a late fee of $25.00 USD per day. Buyer is responsible for all bids made with his bidder number(s). If Buyer breaches this agreement, Auctioneer has the right to resell any/all items to a backup bidder or any other party of his choosing without refunding Bidder's deposit.

- Items shall be removed from the auction site by the removal date. No exceptions.
- All items must be paid for in full before any items can be removed. No splitting invoices unless full payment is being made.
- Iron Auction Group will assist in loading but Buyer is responsible for securing loads and verifying load is legal.
- We will be glad to arrange transportation for you for a charge. Transportation must be paid for prior to movement.
- Please be sure to pick up your manuals or service records from the Auction Office on auction day. If you are an online buyer, we will place manuals and service records in equipment before delivery.
- Items not removed are subject to a $100 per day, per item fee or Buyer will be responsible for the cost of moving the item(s) to an alternate location. The location and charge for moving the item(s) will be at the Auctioneer's discretion.
